Thank you for trusting KitChat to care for your cat. We’re committed to keeping your feline friend happy, safe, and comfortable while you’re away. By booking our services, you agree to the following:

1. Our Commitment to Care
We promise to follow the care instructions you provide during your Introduction Visit and booking process. Our goal is to make your cat feel secure and loved while you’re away.

2. Outdoor Access
We know some cats love the outdoors. However, outdoor environments come with risks beyond our control—such as traffic, other animals, and natural hazards. If your cat has outdoor access while we’re caring for them, you understand and accept these risks. KitChat cannot be held responsible for any injury, illness, disappearance, or death that occurs while your cat is outside.

3. Health & Safety
Please let us know about any medical conditions, medications, or special care needs before your booking begins. We’ll administer medications as directed, but we can’t guarantee prevention of health issues or reactions.

4. Emergency Care
Your cat’s wellbeing is our priority. If an emergency arises, we’ll try to contact you immediately. If we can’t reach you, we’ll take your cat to the nearest vet and act in their best interest. Veterinary costs will be your responsibility.

5. Liability
While we provide the best possible care, some things are out of our control. KitChat is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, natural events, or escape incidents that may occur despite reasonable precautions.

6. Home & Access
Please ensure we have safe access to your home and everything your cat needs during your time away. We can’t be responsible for issues related to locks, alarms, or other people accessing your property.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
